• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item.
• Condition: Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet this criterion may be subject to refusal.
• Return Shipping: The buyer bears the cost of return shipping. For a smooth process, we advise using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of items not tracked.
• Refund Initiation: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll communicate the refund status. Approved returns will see a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
