Not happy? We'll make it right.

We want you to be sure about your Cactus Becks pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

The basics

• Time frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags. Returns that don't meet this may be refused.
• Return shipping: Return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service or shipping insurance — we can't guarantee receipt of an untracked return.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of us receiving the item.
