1. What is Cactus Becks?

Cactus Becks is a streetwear brand from the Netherlands where art meets fashion. We offer two things: a premium streetwear line, hoodies, tees, cargo pants and more, and one-of-a-kind handmade art pieces, like hand-finished denim jackets and custom designs created by hand in-house.

2. What's the difference between your streetwear and your art pieces?

Our streetwear line is designed for everyday wear: clean, premium, made to be lived in. Our art pieces are individually handmade. Real wearable artworks, each one unique. If a product is handmade, it's clearly marked as such.

3. Do you make custom or one-of-a-kind pieces?

Yes. Alongside our collections, we create custom, handmade art pieces and designs. If you have something specific in mind, reach out at info@cactusbecks.com and we'll see what's possible.

4. What is Seeds?

Every Cactus Becks order comes with real seeds inside. You plant them, you grow them. It's our way of making sure what we create gives something back. Read more about Seeds →

5. What's the processing time for orders?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. Handmade and custom pieces can take longer. We'll always let you know the timeline.

6. How long does delivery take?

The Netherlands: 1–2 business days · Across Europe: 2–5 business days · Worldwide: 2–5 business days. Full details on our Shipping Policy.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more; orders below €100 have a shipping fee shown at checkout.

8. What's your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, in their original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for the details. Please note: custom-made pieces can't be returned, as they're made specifically for you.

9. How do I care for my pieces?

For our streetwear, follow the care label inside the garment. For handmade and hand-finished art pieces, we recommend gentle hand washing and air drying to protect the work.
